About Me

As an associate Lecturer at the university of Lincoln, she has been teaching core management modules in masters courses such as people and global organisations as well as undergraduate courses such as critical hRM: managing diversity, human resource management. she has also been supervising dissertation/thesis projects focused on various organisational industry specialisms. some of this has been done as a member of the university's work-based distance learning course team. As a Lecturer at the Lincoln college, she has been teaching AS and A level courses in business studies (AQA standard). these includes topics on introduction to business, management and leadership, marketing/economics, finance, operations, human resource management. in addition to the skill and experience of in person teaching, she has experience, education and skill of face to face virtual teaching (including one-to-one format). this was further enhanced with the experience gained from virtual/remote methods of data
