About Me

Self-directed, enthusiastic educator of more than 10 years with a passionate commitment to student development and the learning experience. I value each child as an individual, as well as part of a community. I endeavour to give children as many learning opportunities and experiences as possible in order to engage, motivate and prepare them for future life. I strive to teach in creative ways that excite and stimulate children to ensure they reach their full potential. I implement fun and effective behaviour management strategies, maintaining good order and discipline in the classroom. I have worked with children of varying ages and abilities in group and one to-one situations and offer a caring attitude. Having worked in both Catholic and Protestant single faith schools I am able to combine these individual experiences to reflect a harmonious integrated classroom environment.
