About Me

I have over 3.5 years of tutoring experience, having started working as a private tutor in September 2016. During this time, I have tutored roughly 52 students, most of whom were long-term, amassing over 1300 hours of experience. I have tutored students of different abilities and in a variety of subjects, ranging from early years maths to A-level chemistry. I have experience preparing students for 11+ (tutoring in 11+ maths and non-verbal reasoning for grammar schools), my most recent 11+ student getting into the school of her choice. I have tutored students with learning difficulties, such as dyslexia and dyscalculia and behavioural disorders, such as mild ADHD. All my students have made significant progress, achieving their goals within their time-frame and even excelling beyond that. Most of my 11+ students have been accepted to the schools of their choice. My GCSE students have also made substantial progression, the most impressive going from middle set to top set within a term
