We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your Website. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions. TutorMate reserves right to the following:

1. To conduct regular updates and maintenance on the website by sending 2 days prior notice to the users.

2. To crosscheck and verify the Tutor's identity and background.

3. To verify whether sufficient information is provided by the tutor or not before making the details live on the website

4. To ensure prompt payment of tutor fees after the tuition is completed (within 6-7 business days), unless any complications emerge which may result in an investigation carried out by TutorMate. TutorMate has the full right to fairly assess the situation and come to a conclusion. 

5. To take measures to protect student and tutor information.

6. To monitor communication/messaging between tutor and student via the website to avoid misuse and misbehaviour.

7. To treat unauthorised use of TutorMate's intellectual property such as content, logo or video lawfully.

8. In the case of misbehaviour or misuse of the website, the user can be terminated anytime without notice.

9. Students/Parents may be granted a full refund if they find the lesson with tutor unsatisfactory given that there is a valid and acceptable reasoning. If any circumstance arises where the Student/Parent demands a refund, TutorMate has the full right to fairly assess the situation and come to a conclusion. If reasoning is deemed unacceptable, TutorMate is not required to provide a refund to the said Student/Parent.

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly. We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.
